Rate: Rates from $99.00 CAD to $189.00 CAD.

Rates include breakfast.

Min. Stay: 2 Nights

Hot Breakfast: July. 1st --- Aug. 31st 8:30 -- 11:00 AM

Sept.1st --- June. 30th (next year) 9:00 -- 10:30 AM

Please feel free to take foods and drink from fridge if you want to have breakfast before 8:30.

We ask our guests to remove shoes when they get in the house.

Check-in & Check-out Policies

Check-in -------2:00 pm ---4:00 pm Please pay your balance when you check in.
Check-out ----- Before 11:30 am.
Arriving early / Leaving late ----- Enjoy our amenities in the main floor !
Early departure -----Please understand you are responsible for all booked nights.

Please read and agree with our cancellation policy:

30% deposit is required at booking;
Reservations cancelled within 7 to 14 days will have a one-night Administration Charge per room.
All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Merchant Fee of 5% is applicable on all refunds.
We suggest you contact your travel agent for Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event of unforeseen changes to your plans..
In any case, we will process your first payment only after sending you a firm quote by email and then obtaining your specific approval for the transaction either by email or phone.
If the time period you request is available, we will hold it for you until we complete the exchange of information with you required for the reservation confirmation process, provided this can be completed within a day or two
